After the building gates were breached, the person code-named "Saeed", since this could be a bogus name, went upstairs and was caught later by Firemen as the first person who tried to escape the crime scene after the fire.
He was handed to the police, who had just arrived after an hour an half of lawlessness.
But instead of apprehending the suspect, the police helped him disappear altogether. He has evaporated ever since.
