Hundreds of thousands of protesters who come to Tahrir Square must pass through about 10 lines of check points organised by the protesters. This, the neighbourhood watch committees and countless other indications of a new Parallel State of order which Egyptians are making of what otherwise may seem as an anarchic situation.
