حزب الدستور يدين استغلال الأطفال سياسيا 

ويطالب أجهزة الأمن باستخدام أقصى درجات ضبط النفس

لإفساد مخططات المتاجرين بالدماء

يدين حزب الدستور أحداث العنف السياسي المسلح ومحاولة جر البلاد لمواجهات دامية واسعة النطاق التى جرت خلال الأيام القليلة الماضية كنتيجة متوقعة لدعوات التحريض على الاقتتال الأهلي، وتزيين الموت أمام شباب بريء يتم شحنه باستخدام دعاوى مضللة تتستر تحت اسم الدين والدين السمح منها براء ، هذة الدعوات المغرضة التى لم يسلم منها حتى الأطفال الذين تم إستحضارهم إلى المشهد المقيت بأكفانهم في سقطة أخلاقية متدنية تضرب الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الطفل في مقتل  وتغتال براءة الأطفال الذين يتفتحون للحياة ، و فى هذا الخصوص يطالب حزب الدستور منظمات حقوق الطفل والهيئات المعنية أن تدين بشدة هذة الممارسات اللأخلاقية وأن تسعى لإتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لحماية الأطفال المصريين من هذا الاستغلال المشين والترويع المؤلم للضمير الإنساني.

كما يعلن حزب الدستور تجريمه لممارسات ودعاوى رموز جماعة الإخوان من المحرضين على العنف بهدف تحقيق مكاسب سياسية من خلال الدفع بالشباب في مسيرات مسلحة تحتك بالأهالي لاختلاق مصادمات عنيفة لا يراعى فيها حرمة الدم المصرى بهدف نشر الفوضى  فى البلاد من خلال خطة تشمل قطع الطرق والكباري، ومهاجمة محطات القطارات، والمطارات والمنشآت العسكرية، والمؤسسات الحيوية للدولة، بما يعنيه ذلك من وضع متظاهرين أبرياء في مخاطر جسيمة لا يمكن أن ينتج عنها سوى سقوط ضحايا جدد تقوم الجماعة بإستغلالهم والمتاجرة بدمائهم  لنشر المزيد من الكراهية والبغضاء بين أبناء الوطن الواحد.

 

وبينما يدين الحزب جميع أعمال العنف المسلح المجرمة قانونا والمدانة شعبيا وأخلاقيا، فإنه يهيب بجميع مؤسسات الدولة وقياداتها وأطرافها الفاعلة أن تتحمل مسئوليتها التاريخية في هذه المرحلة الدقيقة، لإنقاذ البلاد من مخطط يستهدف وحدتها وإستقرارها من قبل قوى وتنظيمات لم تتورع عن تقسيم دول أخرى بنفس الطريقة وبذات المنهج الدموي،  كما يطالب القيادات الأمنية والسياسية الالتزام بأقصى درجات ضبط النفس فى التعامل مع المتظاهرين والشباب المغرر به والمستخدمين كدروع بشرية من قبل الإرهابيين والعمل على محاسبة المحرضين والمتاّمرين أمام القانون سعيا إلى الحفاظ على كيان الدولة المصرية ونسيجها الوطني في إطار من احترام القانون والحقوق والحريات ، مؤكدا ثقته في قدرة الشعب المصري العظيم علي تخطي كافة المحن والصعاب، في إطار نضاله النبيل، نحو تحقيق أهداف ثورته، وتحويل آماله المشروعة في العيش والحرية والعدالة الاجتماعية لكل مواطن علي أرض مصر لواقع ملموس.

Al-Dostour Party condemns the abuse of children by the MB, calls upon security bodies to practice maximum restraint to spoil the plans of those trading in blood

 

Al-Dostour Party condemns the ongoing armed political violence, and attempts over the past few weeks to drag the country to wide-scale confrontations. This was an expected result of the repeated incitement by Muslim Brotherhood leaders, calling for civil war, and glorifying death for young, innocent people who were being fooled in the name of religion, while religion has nothing to do with such calls.

Unfortunately, such deception campaign did not spare even children who were brought to Rabaa El-Adawya's sit-in yesterday to stage a demonstration while carrying their coffins, clearly violating all morals and the International Declaration on the Rights of Children. Such ugly demonstration also violated the innocence of those children who are about to start their lives.

Al-Dostour Party demands that all local and international organizations concerned with rights of children strongly condemn such immoral practices, and to take measures aimed at protecting Egyptian children from such shameful abuse that violates any human standards.

Al-Dostour Party believes that the repeated calls and incitement for violence by Brotherhood leaders in order to achieve political gains should be considered a criminal act. The Brotherhood leaders have repeatedly incited their young members to stage demonstrations in which they clashed with regular citizens, without any consideration or respect for Egyptian blood. They have also blocked key bridges, attacked train stations, airports, military establishments, and vital state institutions, endangering the lives of their own supporters, besides the lives of ordinary Egyptians.

This only results in new victims each day, a sad reality which the Brotherhood exploit to trade in their blood, and to spread more hatred among citizens of the same country.

While Al-Dostour condemns all acts of armed violence, that are illegal and condemned on the popular and moral levels, we call upon all state institutions and other responsible parties to stand up to their historic responsibility at this critical stage, and save the country from a plot aimed at threatening its unity and stability by groups and organizations whose behavior have led to divisions and splits in other countries, with the same bloody manner.

We also call upon all political and security bodies to practice maximum restraint while dealing with demonstrators and the young people who are being deceived and used as human shields by terrorists. Those involved in incitement and plotting attacks should also be held accountable to maintain Egypt's unity, as a state and society, in the framework of the rule of law and respect of human rights and freedoms.

Dostour Party confirms its trust in the ability of the Egyptian people to overcome all difficulties in their struggle to achieve the goals of the 25 January Revolution, and to turn their legitimate demands for bread, freedom and social justice for each Egyptian citizen, into a reality.

May God protect Egypt, and its people from any harm.

The Essence of Hypocrisy

Hypocrisy:

Send troops & drones 10,000 miles from home to strike AlQaeda in a totally distant land with huge collateral damage and loss of the lives of 100,000s of civilians, then criticize Egypt for trying to protect its capital, Cairo, from falling into the hands of AlQaeda & Jihadist armed militants who mingle amongst peaceful protesters using them as human shields.

The Two Evils: 

1. Fight Terror now - and live with the fact that there would be many casualties

2. wait - for 3 years or less - until the terrorists have partially or fully (depending on when eruption will happen) controlled the Army, Police, Intelligence, Economy, etc., either Iran style (full control) or Sudan Style (country splits) or Afghanistan Style (warlords rule cantons)

إجهاض محاولة تحويل القاهرة لبيروت مقسمة

لو سيبنا اعتصام رابعة ياخد كام كيلو من الاوتوستراد - ومن كام يوم احتلوا كام كيلو من صلاح سالم - ويتحكم في طريق المطار - وكام كيلو من منطقة بين السرايات وجزيرة المنيل والجيزة ...

هناك فرق كبير بين ثورة سلمية تستهدف تغيير نظام الحكم - وجماعات إرهابية مسلحة تريد اصطناع إمارة لها في مصر - على أي مساحة أرض - فتقوم باحتلال مساحات شاسعة من الأراضي - كيلومترات وكليومترات من طريق حيوية - رغم أن عددهم بسيط - ثم تبني الدشم والمتاريس والحوائط والسواتر القتالية

وعندما تأتي الشرطة لتزيلها تعتدي عليها

فلنأخذ عبرة  من السودان وفلسطين وأفغانستان والعراق - ولا نسمح بالتهاون في كيلومتر ولا حتى 100 متر مع نفس الفصيل الذي قسم تلك الدول - قد بلغت

كيف تقسمت بيروت لسنوات؟ هل استيقظ أهلها صباحا ليجدوا انها قد تقسمت؟ أم زحف التقسيم عليها تدريجيا يوما بعد يوم حتى أستيقظوا يوما على بلد مقسم؟

ومع ذلك أكرر ضرورة الحفاظ على الحياة والدماء بكل الصور-والتعامل مع مؤيدي مرسي باعتبارهم رهائن ودروع بشرية-دون التهاون في شبر واحد مش كليو

إسقاط ضحايا مش شطارة - الشطارة الحفاظ على الأمن القومي بدون قتل ولا شخص واحد - اي شخص يستطيع القتل - الشرطة المدربة تسيطر على الموقف دون قتل

هناك فرق كبير بين الدفاع و الهجوم

هناك فرق كبير بين السلوك والوضع الدفاعي وبين السلوك والوضع الهجومي العدواني مهما كان نوع التسليح

بناء سواتر دفاعية في مكان محدود المساحة مختلف تماما عن اكتساب ارض بالكيلومترات وبناء دشم فيها فهذا عمل هجومي وهذا هو الفرق

Egypt’s Crowd Democracy Authorizes Army Chief to Combat Terrorism

In a speech at a military graduation ceremony aired live on television, Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, chief of the Egyptian army, asked "honest Egyptians to take to the streets today, Friday, July 26, to reveal their will and authorize the army and police with a mandate and an order to do what is necessary to stop bloodshed.” This call, despite being warmly welcomed by most Egyptians, was met with reservations from some activists and sharply denounced by the Muslim Brotherhood and its allies.
